HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (El Paso, TX)

Stonegate Rowan Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in El Paso. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cold storage. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
