HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (El Paso, TX)

Clearpath Drift Health Group provides primary and specialty care in El Paso. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on patient education. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with patient education. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
