HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Beacon Press and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on bindery work. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with bindery work. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
