HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (El Paso, TX)

Silverline Harbor Freight is a El Paso logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on carrier rates. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with carrier rates. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
