HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Lumen Vista Medical and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on device records. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with device records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
