HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (El Paso, TX)

Cedar Juniper Health runs clinics and patient services around El Paso, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinic supplies. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
