HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (El Paso, TX)

Rivermark Timber Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in El Paso producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on release testing. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with release testing. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
