HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (El Paso, TX)

Redstone Birch Legal Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for trust accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on trust accounts. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with trust accounts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
