HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (El Paso, TX)

Northwind Glen Care Services provides in-home and community support in El Paso, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client records. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with client records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
