HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (El Paso, TX)

Bright Solutions looks after properties across the El Paso region, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 6 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on contractor visits. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with contractor visits. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
