HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Summit Willow Insurance and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on policy renewals. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with policy renewals. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
