HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Detroit, MI)

Rivermark Kestrel Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Detroit producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of about 542 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on batch records. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with batch records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
