HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Detroit, MI)

Silverline Vista Property Management Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for maintenance requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance requests. • SHRM or HRCI certification.
