HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Detroit, MI)

Highbridge Meadow Community Partners runs community programmes across Detroit. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client intake. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with client intake. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
