HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Detroit, MI)

Stonegate Meadow Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Detroit producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinical studies. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with clinical studies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Detroit, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
