HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Detroit, MI)

Rivermark Forge Care Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for caregiver training, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on caregiver training. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with caregiver training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
