HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Des Moines, IA)

We are growing our team at Silverline Keystone Health and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on electronic records. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with electronic records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
