HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Des Moines, IA)

Silverline Sparrow Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Des Moines. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing accounts. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Des Moines. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
