HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Des Moines, IA)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Oak Banking Services and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 119 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on deposit accounts. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with deposit accounts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
