HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Des Moines, IA)

Clearpath Cross Civic Services Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for procurement, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 665 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on procurement. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with procurement. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Des Moines. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
