HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Des Moines, IA)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Maple Water Authority and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 159 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on water quality. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with water quality. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
