HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Denver, CO)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Beacon Community Partners and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of about 384 people based in Denver. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on volunteer shifts. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
