HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Denver, CO)

Harborlight Beacon Early Learning is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for meal programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 159 people based in Denver. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on meal programmes. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with meal programmes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
