HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Denver, CO)

Highbridge Cross Civic Services Group supports public agencies in Denver with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 65 people based in Denver. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on public records. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with public records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
