HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Denver, CO)

Silverline Loom Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Denver. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of about 302 people based in Denver. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on family communication. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
