HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Denver, CO)

Harborlight Fox Early Learning runs childcare centres in Denver caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Denver. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on family communication. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
