HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Denver, CO)

Silverline Meadow Manufacturing Partners makes precision components in Denver. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on machine downtime. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with machine downtime. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
