HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Denver, CO)

Stonegate West Energy is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for service connections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service connections. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with service connections. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
