HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Denver, CO)

Northwind Corner Pharma is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for quality documentation, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on quality documentation. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with quality documentation. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
