HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Denver, CO)

Bluepeak Umber Legal Group is a law firm in Denver serving businesses and individuals. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client files. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with client files. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
