HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Denver, CO)

Foxglove Birch Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Denver, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 43 people based in Denver. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on group events. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with group events. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
