HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Denver, CO)

Silverline Junction Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Denver. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Denver. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on materials orders. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with materials orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
