HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Denver, CO)

Stonegate Meadow Staffing Group connects candidates and employers across the Denver region, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 165 people based in Denver. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on retention. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with retention. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
