HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Denver, CO)

Fernwood Forge Energy is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for hardship programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on hardship programmes. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with hardship programmes. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
