HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Denver, CO)

Harborlight River Housing is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for resident services, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on resident services. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with resident services. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
