HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Dallas, TX)

We are growing our team at Lumen River Manufacturing and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of about 565 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on scrap and rework. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with scrap and rework. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
