HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Dallas, TX)

Cedar Clear Banking Services Group is a community-focused bank in Dallas serving households and small businesses, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of about 950 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on loan files. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with loan files. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
