HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Dallas, TX)

Summit Hollow Care Services provides in-home and community support in Dallas, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on family communication. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
