HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Dallas, TX)

Bright Cobalt Early Learning runs childcare centres in Dallas caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on licensing records. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with licensing records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
