HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Dallas, TX)

Northwind Meridian Foods Group is a Dallas food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer specifications. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with customer specifications. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
