HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Dallas, TX)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Willow Auto Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 14 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vehicle inspections. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
