HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Dallas, TX)

Summit Beacon Markets Group operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Dallas, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on store inventory. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with store inventory. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
