HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Dallas, TX)

Bright Rowan Banking Services Group is a community-focused bank in Dallas serving households and small businesses, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on card disputes. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with card disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
