HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Dallas, TX)

Westbrook River Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Dallas. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer onboarding. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with customer onboarding. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
