HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Dallas, TX)

Highbridge Maple Financial Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for loan applications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on loan applications. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with loan applications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
