HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Dallas, TX)

Highbridge Pike Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Dallas region. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supplier deliveries. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
