HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Dallas, TX)

Redstone Willow Medical Group builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Dallas. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on device records. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with device records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
