HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Dallas, TX)

Redstone Press prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Dallas plant, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer orders. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
