HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Dallas, TX)

Fernwood Iron Construction is a Dallas contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on project schedules. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with project schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
