HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Dallas, TX)

Silverline Field Community Partners Group is a Dallas charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on volunteer shifts. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
